Link Tech Inc. offers innovative no dig sewer line repair solutions for efficient and reliable repair. Our Stainless Steel 316 Link-Pipe Sleeves are designed for short repair to structurally repair the host pipe.

We designed our system to be easy to install, need very little equipment and most repairs can be carried out in a live sewer operating condition. Proven Link Tech technologies does not require digging or external point repair.

Standard Link-Pipe's sleeve is made of stainless steel expandable cover covered with sealing material. For brittle pipes, our sleeves are equipped with limit straps to prevent over-expansion of the Installation Pressure. In flexible pipe situations, when sometimes exact I.D. of the host pipe is unknown, our sleeves carry a Variable Diameter Locking Mechanism that is designed to have +/- 1/2" of tolerance.

Grouting Sleeve

Grouting Sleeve™ is a stainless steel expandable sleeve used for trenchless structural spot repair of underground sewer pipes. Standard Grouting Sleeve™ has a 100- year design service life when used in city gravity sewers conveying domestic sewage. In such case a 10-year Manufacturer Replacement Warranty comes with every purchase of Grouting Sleeve™. When the pipe is clean and has no obstructions, each repair takes about 20 minutes.

Going Trenchless

"If you run into a pipe with a hole in it, or badly cracked pipe, instead of digging, you can go in with one or several of these sleeves in a series.

You pull the sleeve into the pipe using the installation plug, which has wheels front and back, guided by a CCTV camera. The sleeve is centered where the hole is. Then the center of the sleeve is inflated, and it expands to the diameter of the pipe.

Technicians can view the installation from a TV monitor in a camera truck. Locks hold the sleeve open until grout applied to the outside of the sleeve sets up. In addition to the camera, the process uses a 1.2-hp air compressor and quick couplers."
